DAY 1: AJACCIO
Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we’ll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. Dinner will be served on board, followed by an evening of entertainment in the lounge.
DAY 2: AJACCIO
Join us for an excursion through the Corsican maquis. You’ll discover untamed Corsica and one of the most beautiful valleys in the region as you plunge into the heart of the Corsican maquis. We’ll also enjoy a tasting of local cheese and cold cuts.
In the afternoon, we’ll set out on an excursion to Ajaccio and the Îles Sanguinaires.
You’ll discover Napoleon’s birthplace through its Old Town. Afterwards, you’ll explore the mysterious paths and beautiful scenery on the Îles Sanguinaires. When we return to the ship, we’ll begin to cruise towards Bonifacio. Enjoy dinner and an evening of entertainment.
DAY 3: BONIFACIO
After we arrive, join us for a guided tour of Bonifacio.
Located on the farthest southern point of the island, the city of Bonifacio is a veritable open-air museum providing a collection of unique, historical monuments and an exceptional range of rare landscapes. For the most daring, the King’s Staircase will take you to the bottom of the cliff (187 steps)!
Enjoy a free afternoon on your own or join us for an excursion to the nature reserve on the Lavezzi Islands. We’ll explore the small archipelago of granite islands and reefs on local boats to see, among the many natural forms, the grottoes and cliffs surrounding Bonifacio. After our tour, we’ll return to the ship and cruise towards Porto Vecchio. As we pass by the nature reserves on the îles Cerbicale and the entrance to Bonifacio, you will be able to catch a glimpse of Cavallo and Lavezzi Islands in the distance. Enjoy dinner and an evening of entertainment.
DAY 4: PORTO VECCHIO
Join us for a tour of Porto Vecchio. Porto Vecchio offers a unique mix of both idyllic, unspoiled beaches and breathtaking mountain scenery. We'll taste local products in Figari.
The afternoon will be spent cruising to Bastia. Enjoy the onboard activities during our cruise.
DAY 5: BASTIA
Join us for an excursion through the Cap Corse.
Located to the north of Bastia and Saint-Florent, Cap Corse is a 25-mile long promontory with several attractive fishing villages, a gorgeous coastline and a couple of good beaches. We’ll enjoy a tasting of local wine, cold-cuts and cheese. After our tour, we’ll return to our ship and cruise towards Calvi.
DAY 6: CALVI
Join us for the excursions proposed:
Guided tour of Calvi and its citadel. You’ll discover its huge marina and immense bay surrounded by its unique landscape and often snow-capped mountains. We’ll then set off for Notre Dame de la Serra where the view of the gulf is absolutely sublime. Our tour will continue at the citadel. The symbol of the town of Calvi, it was built during the Genoese occupation.
Discover the old villages in the Balagne region, known as the “Garden of Corsica” because of its fertile hills. We’ll travel through the region and visit a few of the more than thirty villages perched on cliffs or hidden in narrow valleys. After our tour, we’ll return to the ship. The afternoon will be spent cruising towards the Girolata Gulf. We’ll pass the famous Scandola Nature Reserve and watch the sun set over the gulf.
DAY 7: AJACCIO - The Calanques de Piana
We’ll spend the morning cruising. This afternoon, join us for an excursion to the Calanques de Piana.
You’ll be able to spend some time admiring the 984-foot cliffs that plunge into the sea surrounded by the deep red earth and rocks. During our tour, we’ll also stop at one of the panoramic viewpoints to admire the amazing landscape. After our tour, we’ll return to the ship for our festive gala evening.
DAY 8: AJACCIO
Enjoy one last buffet breakfast on board before disembarking at 9:00 a.m. End of our services.
