DAY 1: BERLIN
Board the ship late afternoon (6:00pm). Time to settle comfortably in your cabins before meeting the crew during a welcome cocktail reception.
DAY 2: BERLIN SPANDAU - EBERSWALDE
Optional tour of Berlin, a city boasting several prestigious museums, as well as an intense intellectual and artistic life. Afternoon spent cruising.
DAY 3: EBERSWALDE - ODERBERG - STOLPE - SZCZECIN (Poland)
Optional excursion to the Cistercian monastery** in Chorin, one of the finest gothic buildings in Brandeburg. Afternoon spent cruising.
DAY 4: SZCZECIN - WOLGAST
Optional tour of Szczecin, a town soaked in tradition and history. Afternoon spent cruising.
DAY 5: WOLGAST - PEENEMÜNDE - ISLAND OF USEDOM - ISLAND OF RÜGEN - LAUTERBACH
Set off by coach on an excursion to the island of Usedom. In the afternoon, an optional excursion is organised to the island of Rugen , the biggest in Germany. This rugged yet enchanting island in the Baltic is characterised by its steep chalky cliffs.
DAY 6: LAUTERBACH - STRALSUND
Early morning start sailing on to Greifswald* and breakfast on board. Take the optional coach trip to visit Stralsund which has kept all its original charm. The afternoon will be spent visiting (optional) this medieval town which was a major centre during the Hanseatic League in the 14th and 15th centuries.Gala evening.
DAY 7: STRALSUND - SASSNITZ - TRELLEBORG - COPENHAGEN
Leaving by coach in the morning towards Sassnitz, arriving there in the late morning. Embark on a 4 hour ferry crossing to Trelleborg, where you will have a lunch on your own, then on by coach towards Copenhagen, reaching it late afternoon. Settling into your 3-star hotel (local standards).
DAY 8: COPENHAGEN (Denmark)
Panoramic tour of Copenhagen.The guided tour of the capital city and continues past the impressive three tier Gefion fountain and on along the sea front, from where to catch a glimpse of the statue of the Little Mermaid. End of our services.
