Board the ship at 6.00pm in Honfleur and settle comfortably in your cabins before meeting the crew. A welcome cocktail reception will be organized on board. Dinner and evening on board.

DAY 2: HONFLEUR - DUCLAIR Honfleur and the Floral Coast

Full board on board. Guided tour of Honfleur and its fishing port. You'll discover narrow, picturesque streets and old houses, the salt lofts, and Saint Catherine's Church (15th - 16th century), the largest wooden church in France. Return on board. Excursion to the “Floral Coast”. Along the tour, we will go past Trouville and Deauville, which became the hot spot for well-to-do Parisians and film stars from all over the world in the 19th century. Visit of a distillery where “Calvados” liquor is made. Back on board and cruise towards Duclair (depending on the tide).

DAY 3: DUCLAIR - ROUEN The Abbeys trail and Rouen

Full board on board. Tour of the Abbeys trail, beginning with the abbey of Jumièges: you will discover the ruins of one of the most beautiful abbeys in France, not forgetting the church of St Pierre, one of the finest examples of 10th century Norman architecture. Re-board and cruise towards Rouen. In the afternoon, guided visit of the city, during which you will discover the Cathedral and the square where Joan of Arc was burnt alive at stake. Back on board and cruise towards Paris.


Full board on board. Stop in Mantes La Jolie and guided tour of the Versailles Château (1). The Versailles Château is closed on Mondays, so if the stop falls on a Monday, the guided tour will be at Malmaison Château (2), one of the most famous world heritage monuments. Back on board in Poissy, and cruise towards Paris along which we will enjoy beautiful scenery. we will cruise towards the futuristic La Défense business district which will impress you with its concrete and glass architecture. Gala evening as we enter Paris by night.

DAY 5: PARIS - Luxembourg

After buffet breakfast, we will head towards Luxembourg (with a stop for lunch on the way). Walking tour of Luxembourg, during which you will uncover several heritage sites of major importance: the Constitution square, William II square, the old town, the Grand-Ducal Palace, and the Millennium Monument. We will then head towards Trier. Board the ship at 7.00pm and settle comfortably in your cabins before meeting the crew. A welcome cocktail reception will be organized on board. Dinner and evening on board. Overnight stop.

DAY 6: TRIER - COCHEM Trier and the Moselle Valley

Full board on board. In the morning, guided tour of the city which boasts many roman ruins. In the afternoon, we will cruise on the Moselle river. On the way, you will enjoy beautiful landscape and scenery. Tonight’s entertainment is a show by the crew.

DAY 7: COCHEM - KOBLENZ Cochem and the Moselle Valley

Full board on board. In the morning guided tour of the Cochem castle. The Reichsburg is built on a remarkable site, a steep vine-covered hill overlooking the Moselle. Dating from the year 1000, it was entirely rebuilt according to old plans in a Neo-Gothic style. In the afternoon, we will cruise towards Koblenz. In the evening, set off to explore the city in the company of our hostess. Overnight stop.

DAY 8: KOBLENZ – MAINZ The Romantic Rhine Valley

Full board on board. Morning spent cruising up the most beautiful section of the Romantic Rhine Valley listed as a World Heritage Site since 2002. Throughout this cruise, you will see numerous castles amid the famous vineyards, and the celebrated Rock of the Lorelei. Guided tour of Mainz and the Gutenberg Museum. Mainz was founded more than 2000 years ago by the Romans. In the 17th and 18th centuries, the top architects and sculptors created the basic shape of the town, with fine palaces and churches. Here you can admire the magnificent historic houses which have been outstandingly well-restored. Finally you will visit the Gutenberg Museum (closed on Mondays), the world’s finest museum for printing equipment, materials and books which keeps one copy of the Bible of Gutenberg – the oldest printed book in the world. Re-board the ship in Worms. Gala evening and night cruise towards Strasbourg.


Breakfast on board. Disembark around 9:00 a.m in Strasbourg. End of our services.

For navigational safety reasons, the company and the captain are the only authorized persons who can modify the cruise itinerary. The cruise schedule may vary according to tides and arrival times at ports of call may be subject to change. (1) Valid for a minimum of 35 participants. If this number is not reached, the excursion will be replaced by a visit of the Château de Malmaison. For the excursion to Versailles, the gardens are accessible for an additional fee on Saturdays and Sundays from April to October, as well as Tuesdays from July to October because of special events. The additional entry fee is between €7.50 and €8.50 per person (2014 rates). The gardens are accessible free of charge on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. (2) The Château de Malmaison is closed on Tuesdays. It will be replaced by a visit to the Château d’Auvers. Alcohol can be dangerous to your health. Please drink in moderation.
