Discover the superb landscape of the Shan Hills near Nyaung Shwe Village. Along the way, we’ll stop at the Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery. We’ll have lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, known for its collection of old Myanmar’s Buddha images from different areas that are definitely worth seeing. We’ll also visit the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and stop to watch fishermen and their daily activities. If time permits, we’ll visit a silk-making shop in In Paw Khone, a traditional cheroot cigar maker, as well as a metalsmith and a pirogue workshop.
