DAY 1: Strasbourg - LINZ

Passengers will begin their trip in the early morning in Strasbourg at our private dock. We'll then leave by coach for Austria, stopping for lunch along the way. Once we arrive in Linz, passengers are welcome to board the ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabin, the ship will leave for Vienna. Join us for a welcome cocktail to meet the crew before dinner.


We’ll arrive in Vienna early in the morning. Optional excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Visit to Schoenbrunn Palace, former summer residence of the imperial family, and tour of part of Vienna.
DISCOVERY: The high art of Viennese living: Music and Viennese cafes. We'll stroll through the city and visit back stage in the Konzerthaus concert hall. After our tour, enjoy a steaming cup of Vienna Coffee and a delicious pastry.
This afternoon, enjoy some free time or join us for a visit to Hofburg Palace, Optional excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Tour of Vienna by night.
DISCOVERY: Onboard waltzing lessons.
We'll begin to cruise during the night.


The morning will be spent cruising. Optional afternoon excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Sightseeing tour of Budapest, once two distinct cities that united only in 1873.
DISCOVERY: Budapest by bike. You'll see all the important sights of the city on an easy-paced ride, cycling through the historical center of Hungarian culture and many other legendary sites in Budapest.
Enjoy an evening of “operetta music” on board.

DAY 4 BUDAPEST, the Puszta

Enjoy a free day in Budapest (excluding lunch) or join us for an optional excursion for both packages: Visit the Puszta, the Pannonian steppe grasslands (typical regional lunch included). Also called the Great Plain, this vast prairie was the once the wild west of Hungary, and immense herds of livestock grazed here under the watchful eye of the cowboys. Dinner will be served on board. Our ship will cruise through the night.


The morning will be spent cruising. Optional afternoon excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Guided tour of Bratislava. The charm of the Slovakian capital lies in its old city: splendid Baroque palaces, churches and pleasant squares.
DISCOVERY: Hiking in Bratislava: The Little Carpathians. From Devin Castle, we'll take in the splendid view of Bratislava.
We’ll cruise to Dürnstein. Tonight is our gala evening.


We’ll then set off on an excursion to Dürnstein, the fortified village where Richard the Lionheart was once held prisoner. Afterwards, we'll cruise to Melk by crossing the wonderful Wachau Valley. In the afternoon, optional excursion for both packages: Visit the Melk Abbey. Originally a Baroque-style palace built between 1702 and 1736, it is now a Benedictine monastery that hosts a prestigious coed school with more than 900 students. We’ll cruise to Linz.

DAY 7: LINZ - Strasbourg

Enjoy breakfast before disembarking at 9:00 a.m. We'll then leave by coach for Strasbourg, stopping for lunch along the way. We'll arrive in the evening.

For the safety of our passengers, the captain and crew of the boat may decide to modify the navigational itinerary. (1) optional excursions. Alcohol can damage your health. Please drink in moderation.

The transfer by coach from Strasbourg to Linz and Linz to Strasbourg is included.
