DAY 5 : SEVILLE

Our ship will arrive early in the morning. After your buffet breakfast, we’ll leave for a guided visit of Grenada. Ringed by the imposing mountainous barrier of the Sierra Nevada, Granada - famous for its lively atmosphere - is built on three hills: the Albaicin, the Sacromonte and the Alhambra. This grandiose and verdant site also owes its prestige to its Moorish monuments, especially the Alhambra: a palace straight out of the thousand and one nights. We’ll also discover the Generalife, a pleasure palace with attached romantic gardens, remarkable both for its location and layout, as well as for the diversity of its flowers, plants and fountains. We’ll have lunch in a local restaurant. You’ll have some free time in the early afternoon in Grenada before returning to Seville. Enjoy dinner on board, and take advantage of a free evening.

DAY 6 : SEVILLE

Leave Seville by coach for a guided visit of the Friary of La Rábida, where Christopher Columbus stayed for two years before his famous voyage. Then we’ll visit the Wharf of the Caravels and the replicas of Columbus’ infamous Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria. We’ll return on board for lunch. After lunch, you’ll have some free time to explore Seville on your own. The city's geographical situation, astride Europe and Africa, gives it an undeniable advantage. It’s an authentic melting pot of Muslim, Catholic and Jewish cultures. We’ll have dinner on board, followed by a flamenco presentation. We’ll remain in port overnight.
