DAY 1: BORDEAUX
Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we’ll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. Bordeaux-style dinner and entertainment on board. (3)

DAY 2: BORDEAUX – PAUILLAC
All meals served on board. We will sail down the Garonne to the Gironde, before reaching Pauillac. In the afternoon, join us for an excursion to the prestigious Médoc region. Nestled between the ocean and an estuary, the Médoc is a renowned region where the most famous of all red wines in the world is produced. It's the perfect occasion to see some of the most renowned châteaux, such as Mouton Rotschild, Lafite Rotschild, Pichon Longueville or Cos d’Estournel. A wine tasting at the Château Lynch-Bages (or similar winery) will wrap up our tour. Evening of entertainment. We’ll remain in port overnight.
DAY 3: PAUILLAC - Gironde Estuary- BLAYE
All meals served on board. The ship will cruise the Gironde to the estuary. After we arrive in Blaye, we’ll leave on an excursion to the delightful city of Cognac, and enjoy a taste of the spirit in a cellar. Southwestern France-style dinner. Quiz night on the Gironde region. We’ll remain in port overnight.

DAY 4: BLAYE - LIBOURNE or BOURG(1) - SAINT-EMILION
All meals served on board. We’ll cruise the Dordogne towards Libourne this morning. While we sail, take part in an onboard presentation of the Canelés of Bordeaux, including a tasting. Later, we’ll have a guided tour of Saint-Emilion's underground monuments, including the enigmatic monolithic church carved out of one piece of stone in the hillside. We’ll then enjoy a tasting, with a tour guide, of a famous St. Emilion grand cru at a chateau. Tonight’s entertainment will be provided by the crew. We’ll remain in port overnight.
DAY 5: LIBOURNE or BOURG(1) - CADILLAC
All meals served on board. We’ll leave by coach to visit a foie gras farm and learn about the production of one of the most famous specialties in Southwestern France, and enjoy a tasting. At the end of our visit, we'll return on board in Cadillac. This afternoon, join us for a visit to the magnificent and prestigious Château de Roquetaillade, which has served as backdrop to many famous French films. We’ll enjoy a tasting of the famous Sauternes wine and then visit Cadillac. You’ll discover its battlements, towers and a castle dating back to the 16th century, as well as its beautiful houses and church. We will pass in front of the Château d’Yquem during our tour. The evening is free to do as you please. We’ll remain in port overnight.
DAY 6: CADILLAC - BORDEAUX
All meals served on board. We’ll cruise to Bordeaux. Afterwards, we’ll visit the historical part of Bordeaux, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and discover the impressive spaces such as the Place des Quinconces and the Grand Théâtre, as well as the intimate side streets tucked around the Place Saint Pierre. After our visit, we’ll return to our ship. Tonight is our festive gala evening.
