From Basel to Amsterdam, sail along the mythical Rhine and ride your bike through charming cities and authentic towns. Discover Colmar and its surrounding area revealing a diversity of landscapes from plains to mountains and vineyards, as well as many typical villages like Eguisheim and Riquewihr, known as some of the most beautiful in France. Explore Cologne, steeped in history, combining modern architecture with Gothic churches: you will be dazzled by its majestic cathedral.

Day 1


Passengers are welcome to board our ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. Sit back and enjoy a presentation about your CroisiBike vacation.

Day 2

BASEL - Wine Route - BASEL

We'll leave on a minibus for the South of Alsace. Once we arrive in Ensisheim, we'll get on our bike and ride to Colmar. During the trip, we'll see the Chateau du Haut-Koenigsbourg, built during the second half of the 13th century. We'll stop in Colmar to enjoy some free time to visit the quintessential neighborhood of "Little Venice." We'll enjoy a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we'll continue biking on the famous Alsatian Wine Route. We'll stop in Eguisheim, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, and taste* the famous Alsatian sparkling wine. Following our tour, we'll return to the ship and enjoy an evening of dancing before leaving for Breisach.

Day 3


Today's tour will bring you through the countryside in the very heart of the Wine Route. You'll bike through vineyards, beautiful landscapes and villages with the half-timbered houses. Enjoy a picnic lunch in Ribeauvillé before continuing our bike tour. We'll stop in Riquewihr, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. We'll enjoy a tasting* of wines before returning to the ship on your bike or by minibus - as you wish!

Day 4


We'll spend the morning cruising the river, arriving in Strasbourg in the early afternoon. Spend the afternoon on your bike discovering the city of Strasbourg and its Grande Île, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll pass by the European Parliament and ride through the Orangerie Garden, the city's oldest park. You'll be able to continue your tour on the Forts Trail¿which connects the ancient forts around the city¿crossing the Grande Ile and the historic heart of the Alsatian capital. You'll go past impressive buildings, including the cathedral. Following our tour, we'll return to the ship and enjoy an evening of dancing. We'll begin to cruise to Mainz.

Day 5


Once we arrive in Mainz, we'll head to Bingen where our bike tour will begin. Today's trip will bring you to the most picturesque part of the river. You'll cross the magnificent region which claims the most castles in the world. We'll enjoy a picnic lunch. And you'll be able to see the infamous Lorelei Rock: the subject of many myths and legends. We'll then head to Koblenz and board the ship once more. This evening, enjoy some free time exploring Koblenz.
Biking itineraries: to Bingen am Rhein 24.7 km./17 mi. (213 m./699 ft. elevation gain) - to the Lorelei 49.9 km./31 mi. (396 m./1299 ft. elevation gain) - to Koblenz 62.8 km./38 miles (488 m./1601 ft. elevation gain)

Day 6


We'll spend the morning cruising towards Cologne. You'll discover the city on your bike, where you'll be able to admire the clever combination of modern and ancient architecture. Don't miss the tour of the cathedral, built between 1248 and 1880 and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, we'll continue biking across the magnificent countryside landscapes towards Düsseldorf. We'll return to the ship. Tonight is our gala evening and dinner.

Day 7


We'll spend the morning cruising to Xanten, where you can join us for an excursion to the Open-Air Museum in Arnhem. Meanwhile, the boat will travel to Nijmegen. We'll return on board in Nijmegen and cruise to Amsterdam.

Day 8


We'll spend the day biking towards the inlands and Edam. We'll enjoy a picnic lunch. The afternoon will be spent on our last bike tour along the banks of Lake Markermeer, biking through the village of Durgerdam. Upon your return to Amsterdam, take your time to explore the city renowned for its canals.
