Alain Bohn, head of the company's chefs, imagines, concocts and manages the menus served on board our boats. Menus are prepared in the pure tradition of French gastronomy. In 2013 he joined the famous associations of 'Master Chefs of France' and ‘Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ an international gastronomic society.
On certain cruises, specifically gastronomic or oenological, CroisiEurope is associated or partnered with Michelin starred chefs such as the late Paul Bocuse, Marc Haeberlin or Emile Jung.
